My favorite and least favorite thing about junior year has
been Shrek the Musical. I have loved meeting all the people, making new
friends, and getting to sing and act every day. I loved bonding with old
friends, and creating new bonds with new people. But it also aggravated my CFS
and made it 20 times harder to make it through the day and rehearsals, let alone finish my homework. But without that aggravation, I probably wouldn’t
have gone to all the doctors, and gotten the CFS diagnosis, so I am thankful
for that.
This summer I have multiple things planned. The first week
of summer I am going camping with my church as a Junior Chaperone. When I get
back, I will work for about two weeks at Kentucky Beer Cheese, while
volunteering at Baby Health Services. July 5th at midnight, I will be leaving
for Jacksonville, Florida on a youth group mission trip. After that, hopefully I
will be able to go to the lake with my family, or even just hang out with my
friends and recover for my last year of high school.
