My neighbor: Grace Goulson

I met Caty-Beth freshman year in homeroom. Our last names are just letters away, so we always sit next to each other when there are seats assigned alphabetically. She is about as nice as anyone could be and we have become pretty good friends over the past few years. She loves to read and she’s also really smart. Caty-Beth is relatively quiet and but is also really easy to talk to; having sat next to her in several classes, we’ve always been pretty good at making conversation. I think we have similar personalities, so she has always been relatable to me. Caty’s spirit animal would probably be a cat because she is intelligent but more laid back like a cat; she’s not in your face like a puppy. In five years, I can see her thriving at a small liberal arts college, but whatever she decides to do career-wise, she will no doubt be successful at it.
