On october first 1908, Ford puts the model-t on the market for a price of $825.
This event was a huge milestone in transportation since it industrialized it, and made it affordable to most individuals. It added a whole new dimension to transportation, since before automobiles were very expensive and only available to the rich. I do appreciate this event, because without it, the automobile industry wouldn't be as developed as it is today, and i probably wouldn't have a car.
