War - Maranda Gaines

War to me seems almost barbaric. People can't come to an agreement and for that reason, they think killing each other is the only way to solve problems in the world. The best world would be a peaceful one without war at all. Considering the place we live in today, this seems highly unlikely, maybe even impossible. When a country's people are suffering, sometimes war does seem like the best solution possible. Other disputes over things such as territory should not result in war. War should not be fought due to the selfishness or stubbornness of individuals. Instead, war should be most tolerated (not necessarily acceptable) in a time of mass suffering or when justice is needed.
