I'm not an advocate for war, but I believe that in certain scenarios war is necessary. I don't believe that war is morally right, since it involves killing and usually I would try my best to stay away from killing people. So war is the lesser of the two evils since it somewhat protects people in other areas (i.e. the war on terror keeps us Americans safe since US military don't fight on our soil, or I think that's how it works). I believe that there could be alternatives instead of war. For example, if the US cut their military budget in half they would still have the highest military budget in the world. Why don't they take some of the money in their budget and try to do something beneficial with it that doesn't cost someone their life in a country other than the US. I just don't believe that violence is always the answer.
